Looked this one up on Internet. Many reports on there saying it is scammers pretending to be Microsoft and want access to your computer. Hang up and block.

'Darren' from 'Highland Legal' about an accident I have had in the past 2 years. When asked about where he got my details from, he told me I was entered into a database. When I told him my accident didn't cause me any injury, he tried to tell me he would claim for 'stress and inconvenience' - told him it was being sorted out and there is no stress involved.. he hung up the phone without saying thanks and goodbye.
