The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.

Very rude and persistent caller, they call themselves Green Shield. I have reported them to TPS. I will wait to see if that does any good.

Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. the same as pete these dreadful scammers should be stopped the calls are intimidating with demand for money in my case £149 got a reminder for payment this morning have sent it back to the address (which on tracing seems to be a private house which is up for sale) return to sender, have reported this to trading standards and citizens advice was given the number for action fraud

I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!
