IF we all start harassing them back maybe they will change their attitude !

SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. The guy just went straight into a script, no explanation of why he was calling or what the company were about. I put the phone down, "Grants" and Windows were mentioned.

Calls several times a day, every day. Whenever I answer the line goes dead so unable to identify the caller.

Indian woman claiming to be from Benefits UK. She was only going to ask me three questions and would never call again. I hung up and blocked the number.

I had a call from these people again today asking for my father. I politely told him that he was not here and I got "whys that" very appropriate I think not. Very rude man also chomping on his lunch whilst talking to me. These people need to be stopped as I am getting sick and tired of being spoken to like I am a piece of crap!!

Persistant junk calls from Orange. Call several times per day but never leave a message. Answer the phone with hello & then leave them hanging when they ve started their spiel. That way you waste their time too.
