I have received 2 computer generated messages about an Amazon account from this number. On the surface it appears to be a local number but I believe it is a scam.

Claim they are from British Gas line is very bad hissing and static Could hardly hear them From what I could make out they stated they could save me money on bills But couldnt hear the rest All other calls I make to family and friends are fine and clear So I suspect the call originates outside of the UK and routes through a system in this country which explains the poor line quality

Convinced me my computer was under attack and he could fix it, which I agreed to as he had panicked me. Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. Bank scam. Automated Called telling me I had 3 attempted transactions from my bank for large amounts. Asked me to press button for more info. The only button I pressed was the block number button.

SCAM. Sending fake messages saying you have been in contact with someone recently isolating, Then sending fake links which take you to fake and fraudulent phishing NHS pages in attempts to scam you for your details.

I'm from Portugal and today someone tried to reach me on my mobile phone from this number. I've been to the UK but not recently and I have only one relative the and she didn't tried to contact me. Therefore I think this it was a phishing call. Be ware!

Definitely a scam. They must use a system that generates a local number as I’m getting them calling at me multiple times a day. Already had 2 today and it’s not even 3pm yet. It’s a computer generated voice or a recorded voice trying to tell me that my bank account has been accessed or similar. I basically hang up as soon as I hear it’s them now. Just annoying
