Receieved a call from this number a few minutes ago. Not sure why someone from Oswestry would want to call me but answered anyway. Very obviously a call centre fronm the background noise so I was quite happy to have a chat but unfortunately the call was dropped. Oh well, no fun to be had here so 01691 numbers are blocked.
I just got called from this number, but a guy called Jesse. He asked me about my degree "cos he's studying the same at Bham uni" and how Ive done in my professional life since being a student there. SPAM A company claiming to offer financial advise in online stock trading of crypto currency. Its spam at best and a scam at worst. They operated their calls with extreme push sales to the point that he told me if I didn't take his advice u might want to kill myself in 5 years out of regret.

I had a call from a woman with an Indian accent on this number purporting to be from Virgin Media, saying there were error messages coming up on my Internet connection. I told them I wasn't the account holder and asked who they wanted to speak to. They then said that they understood I was the account holder. I asked them to name the person they wanted to speak to. The line went dead at that point, funnily enough. Definitely a scam.

They rang, called me by name, claimed to be from Legal & General Domestic Services, said that my washing machine warranty was running out, did I want to renew it. My washing machine is over 20 years out and never had an extended warranty, also I don't have any warranties from Legal & General. When I started asking questions they hung up.
I was annoyed they d phoned me twice in the same day. Seems I was lucky after reading the other comments. My accident was over a year ago but they still keep phoning.
