SCAM - DO NOT RESPOND This was a recorded message saying two potentially unauthorised payments had been made on my card - one of £300 and an international payment of £1,000 - followed by the option of approving the payments or speaking to someone about them. This sounded like a scam ( there was no mention of which bank the call was from), and so it turned out to be when I checked with the bank.

This company have now rang me a total of 17 times in the past two weeks. I don t know who they are but the company cannot be professional whatsoever if they constantly call people who are clearly busy and have better things to be getting on with. 100% recommend you do not answer the phone to them and block the caller.

Ppi claims . told me I had taken out a bank loan in 2004. I wasnt sure as I ve had a few over the years. But then after thinking about it I realised I didn t take out a loan at that time . they sent out forms and I haven t filled them in . they ve rang non stop ever since.
