Received a call straight after saying that they were calling on behalf of my provided and asked me for the expiry date of my bank card, when I asked why she got shirty with me and put me onto her 'verification manager' he then asked the same question and when I asked what the call was regarding he basically said he was putting me on a new contract 3 times more than what I am on. Don't even be tempted to press 1 out of curiosity you'll either get charged a hefty fee on your landline phone bill, or speak to someone who will put the fear of god into you, convince you this is real, get you to disclose your true card details or even manage to get your internet banking log on details from you!
