When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. Has called several times but I have a speaking phone which tells me the name if it s someone I know, and if unknown, it tells me the location or number of the caller. I did not recognise the number so each time, I ignored it.
