They called to say I had a minor accident in the last 2.5 years. When I asked what vehicle it was, they said they couldn t tell me because of data protection. I enjoy keeping them on the line while they waste their own time. Sometimes I tell them I m just getting the details and leave them hanging on. It stops them calling anyone else for a while until they get fed up.

SCAM or fraud. I reported this company to Action Fraud today - BAM Drainage Ltd. Company was set up in March 2020 and somehow managed to get a payment from my mother soon after. Called every day now from a number beginning 0208 xxxxxx. This number 0208 275 4022 today. So many scam calls now I let every call go to the answerphone and just use the mobile, this is so persistent that I called back from mobile. There was no connection, tried the other niumbers beginning 0208 received in the last 7 days - BT recording saying numbers unrecognised, Have no idea if this is a scammer or genuine - but if its genuine they are doing a poor job as you cant call back.

A man called Karl who is extremely rude tried to get my elderly parents to beook an appointment and told them he didn’t believe they had had it done already . Prey on the elderly . Break GDPR rules and won’t delete your number from their system. Be very cautious not very professional.
