I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. No voicemail message left - presumably a scam. This may be unfair, but if you phone from a mobile and neglect to leave a voicemail it will be assumed that you are selling/scamming. Nobody answers unknown numbers these days.

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them.
