Be extremely cautious. SMS messaging to landlines is a relatively new feature and used, for example, by some telephone engineers to confirm appointments/arrival time. Their employers no longer permit voice calls!

OH received a call on their mobile from this number 2 days ago. I Googled then and found it was a scam. Today I have received a call from the same number on my mobile, which is a consecutive number to the OH s mobile number. No way I would call an 0843 number for a service I wanted never mind for one I don t know about.

Everyone's saying this is from MyHeritage. I bought their DNA kit after reading, in a "Which" type comparative report, that they were the best. I paid my money (£49 + £12 p&p).
