Indian lady supposedly from BT saying my Internet had been hacked Strangely put the phone down when I asked for a number to ring her back!!

Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.

After asking politely around 5 times for them to remove me from there database I finally blocked the call from my mobile but now my phone still keeps beeping telling me that its just blocked the call so they will not stop, sometimes over 10 times per day, trading standards have been informed and if I am able to find out the companies details I will take them to court as I can prove via my call record harassment! So I personally hope they keep calling as it only adds weight to a lawsuit!!!!!!!!

Since getting new sim this number has called at least twice a day every day including sundays. Glad I ignored it as the first few calls only my children had my number so it was not anyone or business I knew. Cannot belive they can do this for over 2 months everyday when ddo they get the message. Now blocked the number so no more annoying calls at work

Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me!
