And when we were having our tea, the house rang with this number and when we didn t answer it the mobile rang....this makes you think it is an urgent call???!!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS! Your internet and phone line are fine...there isn t a problem with it at all. It s just these thieving bastatds trying to relieve you of your cash...they get abusive when challenged..

She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Claims to be from national insurance helpline where my ni has been used as fraud and I need to press a number fir more information I put the phone down it’s obviously a scam . It was a mobile number so I assumed it was from someone I know.
This number called me today - unsolicited - and asked me who I am. I asked who they are, and again they wanted to know who they were speaking to. They eventually said their name was either Raj or Rash. I said I don't know them, then hung up.

Called me claiming to be from Sky, informing me that malicious individuals are trying to hack my router. I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. I gave them an earful about preying on vulnerable people, but it will have had zero effect; I just hope I cost them more money in call charges than they were expecting.
