I took this call for my employer his lordship, the caller did not leave their details so did not pass on the callers request they asked whom I was told them I was his Lordships butler and the caller just kept saying the same word over sounded like oh or why could not make out the callers voice I was told to just hang up to which I did, I would advise anyone to do the same action.

Since discovered they are called Trust money so decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and I call 0141 305 3045 and press one and then go silent when they take my call, Churlish I know but I get about 5 of these type calls a day !!!! Telemarketing - Glow Green Ltd. They sell boilers at 0% finance. The catch? The prices they charge for the boilers are inflated so they don't need to apply any finance charges. Oh and the call was purely speculative. I filled in a form online last night to find a plumber to fix a minor boiler problem. Fraud: Claiming to be the UK Refund Department, telling me my name and number have been listed as due a PPI refund of nearly £4,000. When I tried to stop her talking and explain that I am not entitled to PPI refund, having never had PPI, she continued to reel off her blurb. When she finally heard me, she stated that I did not need PPI to get the refund??? I asked for my name and number to be removed from the database. She continued the blurb.
