This is another number that I think has been made up by the Talk Talk fakers. If anyone called it they would probably find it did not exist but I am not going to bother. I have had so many of these calls I immediately knew who it was when I answered. Apparently talk talk. Recently joined them. They seemed to know what package I was on and when my bill would be and how much so thought the call was genuine however they started asking lots and lots of questions about previous internet providers, who else was using my internet was it just visitors, what equipment I have in my house and how much they cost me. Started getting suspicious so hung up.
Location in Birmingham, did not answer as didn't recognize, did not leave message, seems the right thing to do from reading comments.

Spoke to an Indian man, who was concerned I'd downloaded many viruses over the last 3 months. I knew immediately that it was a scam, so wasted his time by "turning my computer on" very slowly and (very pleasantly) asking him plenty of questions about where he was calling from, why he was phoning on a bank holiday (to which he replied "I'm not calling from a bank) etc. He clamed he was based in Westminster and said his phone number was 0203 ........ These people claimed they had a cheque for me but I needed to pay £500 cash up front had to be paid by purchasing iTunes vouchers and giving them the numbers! I did this then following day they asked for a further £650 cash when I said I hadn't got the money the man got very rude and aggressive! Ended up putting the phone down on me. Tried ringing back they kept hanging up! Lost £500 and have no way of tracing the company either!
