It is my BB provider and they ask me 2 charaters out of the security question I set up with them and my surname for data protection before discussing my account. I must say the person I spoke to was friendly and actually gave me a discount on my current deal, did not try n sell me more stuff which was good.

I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Calls everyday at least twice - I have blocked them on my phone, finally, but I still get alerts to tell me when they ve tried to call - When I answered 3 weeks ago they hung up straight away. Do not understand this in the least and should be avoided by all costs - If you have an Android, get Truecaller - You can see the company name and have the option to block individual callers and register them as spam
