I think it was a real human. She said "Sigma Advice Company, I understand you've been involved in a car accident". I hung up.

The person who had my mobile number before me was in debt. This debt has now been passed on to Lowell who continue to ring me on an almost daily basis from various numbers. There is never a human on the other end, always a recorded message, so I can't tell them that they have the wrong number.
This number calls countless times. I believe it's a debt collector company if not then it's a scam.. Just avoid this and wait for a letter if your in trouble.
