Unsolicited call - needs reporting! Reportedly "Nat West Branch Survey" - apparently in response to using local branch recently!!! I m ex-directory and registered with TPS. I also DON T have an account with Nat West - so have not used any of their branches !!!! - Annoyingly this call hijacked my phone s answer-machine and the call wouldn t disconnect until I held down all phone keys for 5 seconds!!! Fraud SCAMMERS!! Call claiming to be from Barclays premier banking investigating fraud on your account. DO NOT give them any information. It is the Barclays premier number that they’ve intercepted but it is 100% scammers. Just had this confirmed by Barclays.
