The noise in the background and tone I heard before the hang-up makes me think that this is an automated call handler from a call center. Someone thinks they can hide behind using a mobile number, or that we will answer because it may be a valid call...

Well spoken gentleman claimed to be an organisation concerning loft fibreglass Insulation possibly causing damp. Asked what age group I was from. The more the questions were asked about visiting my home to inspect my loft the more I became suspicious when he paused when I said I prefer to be contacted in writing so I know the organisation was genuine or not. He replied I can get my manager to call you back. I declined and said no thanks I don't feel right about who you are. Possibly dangerous!
