These people have called me several times in the past few days and I picked up was saying hello for a couple of minutes before they asked for me by my surname (how they got this I want to know) and then proceeded to tell me they were wanting to ask me a survey on my home insurance. when I told them I do not own a home I live with my mum (im 23 years old) and therefor do not have home insurance the guy was like oh oh ok. Cold called me said they were the Hearing Clinic in Derby asked if l worked in a noisy industry took my details Rang back to book a home hearing test. Next day rang again to book hearing Test with no record of me By now l am suspicious l rang them and asked them to bring up my details on their computer but couldn t do that because they were using the phone. I rang again and asked them where they were, they said Carlisle, l told them the last time l rank this number they were in Derby. reply was sorry sir

Just had a call from this number. I have a telephone with monitor function, i pressed the button which allowed me to listen to a call center. No one answered or spoke!

They claimed to have a file on me which said I had been involved in an accident in the last two and half years. This is untrue. They refused to tell me how they got the file. I am registered with the Phone Marketing preference service, so their call was illegal. Who will prosecute them?

Ew, just got a call from them. They just small talked me for a bit and when I said I was busy and hung up, the manager called me back! I cut him off, told him to not call again, and hung up. Hopefully they leave me alone and don t continue to call as others on here have said.

Called this morning just before 8.30 am. As the number was unrecognised it was allowed to go to the answering machine. The call was terminated almost immediately.

3 phone calls in 3 days from this no. Having searched this site and others to read reports of Windows scams etc. I decided to answer this one. An Asian man asked if I was Miss Christine. I said "Who? Who s calling?" He hung up, I didn t for another 3 minutes, so presumably prevented him from bothering someone else. Reporting to ICO.
