First Call Group are an insurance company, that appear to be more geared towards PPI. I ignore their calls.
SCAM recorded message saying from my Bank that 2 amounts in my bank account and to call them by pressing certain numbers etc!!! Didn’t of course and put the phone down. I only answered as it was from my area, Oxford! They have tried before about 6 months ago. Be careful.

Woman with a heavy indian accent said she's calling from Windows technical support and saying "this call is about your personal computer, you have one at home, right?" I said "I don't think Windows would call me, so no thanks" and hang up and blocked the caller.

I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.

The caller is highly argumentative and continued to try and push a false narrative, even though I made them aware I knew it was a scam. I hung up, blocked the number and reported it to BT. Called from a noisy call centre. Introduced themselves from black pearl claims. Company registered in leeds kept them on the line the wanted to know my address DOB and if i had any loans.
These people started calling our new business before we even advertised, just from the directory entry that Xln (our phone and internet provider) had kindly entered us into.
