Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". Scam. I managed to keep them on the line for 13 minutes whilst they gave instructions on running EventViewer as "proof" of all of the "Internet viruses infecting my computer" then the LogMeIn account that they would use to install malware on my machine. This is so that I could enter the 9-digit account on the "Abuse" section on LogMeIn.com to get it shut down... very important!

Has been phoning 3 times a day trying to sell life insurance. Told them I am not interested and as soon as I have asked how they got my number, or asked what company they are calling from they immediately hang up. Total time wasters. If you have Caller ID, don't even bother answering your phone!
