this company seems to target the elderly to sell them the TPS service. looking on the internet it appears that this company is simply a con service targeting the vulnerable. Sales person called Joe fronting for the intended transaction

if its not a scam then how did they get my house number and my name as these are protected under the data protection act and i have no debts so why do they keep ringing me and will not give me details ?

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

Missed the call from this number, tried to call back but American lady said the number wasn t in service after it had just called me.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Same as everyone else. Got the call and "natasha" said she d been informed that I d been involved in a car accident and that it wasnt my fault. She asked "is that right?" too which I answered "Yes, I was killed" and hung up. When is something going to be done about these morons?

Robot voice pretending to be from BT, saying we have detected malicious activity on your IP address. Strange, as I aren t with BT, and ironic, as the call is a scam itself.

Called me to try get my business on top pages of google for certain searches... 17 mins later he got off the phone after politly saying no thanks for a number of times! Talks a lot, and if you call back, call on a witheld number as they can see your number when you call then back to see who it was/ how you can help etc!!

And when we were having our tea, the house rang with this number and when we didn t answer it the mobile rang....this makes you think it is an urgent call???!!!! DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS! Your internet and phone line are fine...there isn t a problem with it at all. It s just these thieving bastatds trying to relieve you of your cash...they get abusive when challenged..

Very rude, called me and said I was in debt , I asked where they got information and they hung up on me saying forget it not worth it then verbal abuse before hanging up.
