This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?

These people started calling our new business before we even advertised, just from the directory entry that Xln (our phone and internet provider) had kindly entered us into. I also got scammed paid 254 and the date got cancelled. I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere.
