Rang at 6.30pm - I didn t recognise number so let ansafone take it - they didn t leave a message. I checked on this site to see who they were, so when the same number rang again at 7.20pm I answered (to wind them up!). A very polite sounding chap with an Indian (or similar) accent explained that he was carrying out a survey for ???????? Another car crash scam "You had an Accident "

Caller purported to be from BT and was about to close my Internet connection - I m not with BT so became suspicious. I put the phone down but similar calls have requested money to stop the internet being disconnected.

I m 99% sure its a machine collecting numbers to sell on to other companies. If it rings it puts the number on a database some people answer the phone with a name that s more details passed onto the database.

These people call me at least 6 times a day. (They have been doing so for about 3 weeks). They are looking for someone I ve never heard of and I ve had this phone number for 14 years. I have called back repeatedly and told them and they have "promised" to take me of their "DIALLER" but they continue to call. No messages are left when I let the answer phone pick up the calls. I am at my wits end!

Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.
