Another cold call scam. Preying on the vulnerable. If it is so important to talk to me, why not leave a message asking me to call back, instead of hanging up and phoning back later? Like normal people do. Because they want to catch me unawares, on the hop as it were, to get their greasy foot in the door while I m flustered. SCAM / SPAM - Steven Wells from Trader Education, refused to answer questions as to where he got my number from and then proceeded to verbally abuse me.
Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.
I didn t answer the call as I didn t recognise the number. I can see here how many times this number has been searched. This is enough for me to know not to bother answering the call.

This number keeps calling, from late evening. I only answered once & caller said it was for a survey about the Health Service Ombudsman. Although I declined to discuss anything this caller keeps 'phoning.
