After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. Got a call on line 1 from the scammer (Asian male) who announce that my computer had problems!!! He was told in no uncertain terms to do something rather harmful to himself. I have BT guardian which asks callers to announce who they are before I answer. Most sales calls hang up at that point, this one didn't. Lovely lady explained that I could have a half hour appointment to check energy efficiency of my home and advise of any improvements. I made the appointment. Very polite young man called Adam arrived, checked the loft and roof, looked around, discussed my energy payment per month. The information given was useful, nothing to sign, no sales pitch. I would have no worries.

This number rang me today exactly a week after this one 07428478737 as I have no idea who the first one is I have now blocked them both. It is very odd that they ring from the same network which is Three a week apart on the same day using the same beginning numbers. If you ring it back it claims not to be taking calls suggesting some sort of scam. I have reported them as nuisance callers.
