Wanting to do an energy survey or something. Line was really bad and I could hear. She asked for me by my maiden name (not used that name in 6 yes) and asked me to confirm if I was the home owner of my previous address (of which I rented anyway)
I answered as it's a local number and it was a woman offering to service my dyson? I don't own a dyson so I can only assume they're changing their arm.

They are called Connect. They refuse to take no for an answer. Even when the other numbers they call from are blocked they use a different number. They actively harass and do it in the full knowledge of what they are doing. Report them and their number on the ICO s website. It only takes two minutes and will hopefully result in their MD personally bankrupted for blatant harassment.

SCAM automated voice saying that this is the Bank of England and that you national insurance number will be terminated.
Called on the half hour (which is a dead giveaway for cold callers) - not payign attention so I hung up. Why do they do it? Wasting my time as well as theirs and I m not likely to answer a second time am I?? (barred call)
Spoke to a guy who help me and my husband get mortgage protection after the call a week or so later a lady called and helped us put it into trust for our daughter.
