Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, phishing for bank account details). This one seems to be the same story as the 08437240169 and 08437240171 - it seems they use more premium rate numbers for cold calling, so for any case DO NOT call them back, this is a money trap. If they answer the call, there is some fake pensions review group or similar story, be very careful before presenting them any personal data...

I agree with other comments. They had my name and address (when they should not have). I was stupid enough to confirm this. they ask you do you have a car, make/brand of car, and other products you may own. and some other lifestyle choice questions. I started saying "no comment" to every question and 5 questions later they hung up on me.

Asian lady, who I couldn't understand, claiming to be from the government department claims advisory group. Apparently they had a cheque to send me for overpaid bank charges. Told her to send it to me, but she wanted my DOB. When challenged that surely they knew this as they had my name and number and address etc, then they must already have my DOB, she said it was for verification, at which point I thanked her for the call (it included a few expletives) and hung up. Do not engage with them.
PPI call from UCliam4Me. When told they were breaking the law by ringing up a number on the telephone preference service the were quite rude. Block!
