I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. He tried to convince me using various methods including running the eventvwr (the errors listed there are not related to viruses!) This is identical to the well known Windows Technical Helpdesk scam. A call from Carphone warehouse, using a LOCAL code - ie - 01324 trying to deceive you into thinking it s a local call. You answer, and it s OBVIOUSLY a CALL Centre (by all the noise in the background) and on questioning the guy, is clearly NOT in the Falkirk area. This type of local call is being used more and more.

Same message asked me to confirm order of ?127.49 and gave a link to mange my order. Just deleted it must be a scam

I suffer from amnesia due to an accident I had in the last two years. The person that called me brought the horrendous memories back. My wailing due to the months I lost in hospital were too much and they hung up. I need the compensation to get some of my life back... wished they d return my calls.
