Fraud - automated voice claiming to be from Amazon stating that your account has been compromised asking to press 1 to be connected to a premium call.

I ve just been called by this number, when I picked up the call, there was no sound, no answer, so I ended the call, then got a withheld number calling literally a minute later, which went to voicemail (the message was unintelligable). Then a minute later I got an SMS to my mobile from 08447362490 asking them to call back on that number. Searching that number indicates it s from Link Financial Outsourcing, a debt collection company.

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. SCAM Avoid like the plague. left message saying your internet will be turned off within 24 to 48 hours, then to press 1 to speak to a technition. Glad i didnt as scam and scum who are doing this. The call was disconnected as soon as it was answered.
Rang me today and said they were the "Vault". I asked them what they wanted and she starts immediately to ask me about my life insurance provisions. Do these idiots actually think that anyone would give personal and financial information to a company they know nothing about? Told them to clear off.
They keep calling me but don t answer as I don t know he number by they ring me at least 5 times a day, harassment!

I believe this number is being used by scam callers. I received a text inviting me to call back, purporting to be from HSBC about a potential fraudulent payment. I would suggest that any recipient ignores any calls or texts from this number. Since it is a premium number any return calls will be outside normal free call packages. HSBC always use free call numbers if they request someone to call back.
