I also got scammed paid 254 and the date got cancelled. I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have reported them but bank cannot trace money as it was a direct transfer. I have attempted to contact the kylefiles because he investigates rogue traders. Lady with Far Eastern accent informed me she was calling from Sky Technical about my broadband. I told her I didn't have Sky broadband and she then said she represented all the other ISP's, Talk Talk Vodafone etc. I then ended the call. Beware!

Scam National Insurance Scam saying NI number has been compromised. Automated message, no doubt wanting the victim of the call to press one to be connected to scammers. I put the phone down when I heard the message and cut off the call. Having seen resent warnings about this scam, I was already aware of it. Don't act on the call and hang up. Government bodies don't call people in this way. BEWARE. DANGEROUS.
Hung up when I answered. Saved the number in my phone as pest caller after reading the comments
