Has called several times but I have a speaking phone which tells me the name if it s someone I know, and if unknown, it tells me the location or number of the caller. I did not recognise the number so each time, I ignored it.

Woman called advising she was calling from Wessex Water and would like to carry out a recorded customer survey.
