The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details. Silent caller - answered phone at 14.24 heard just background switching noises - obviously an auto - dial system which is supposed to switch you to a call handler once you speak.
