received two calls today both went to answerphone saying from HMRC asking to call back or your solicitor. saying time sensitive. again agree that it is most probably spam and a high cost call to go back.

Rang & hung up - no message.

I think this may have originated from a survey I started but stopped when I realised I would be getting a load of junk calls.

Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. She said that if I have a mobile contract I must be over 18. I said who says I have a mobile contract. I said I hadn t given permission for anyone to contact me on the number for marketing purposes. Its a call centre which is why it seems to be so many different customers, don't answer could be anything from a utility company to a phone to PPI...

This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?
