It is an automatic voice that claims to be from "your bank" saying it has suspicious activity - asking you to click a button to verify or speak to someone. I hung up. SCAM RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER, IN A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS. THE MESSAGE IS THE SAME AND IS WRONG IN INFORMATION. THE PERSON THAT IS PHONING FROM THIS NUMBER, DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ALSO TRIED YESTERDAY FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER.

Call from supposed local exchange and when answerphone cut in automated message informed me money had been taken from my card and to press 1 to contact them. Obvious scam as have had identical message from various numbers over the past year.

Fraud - Claimed to be Tesco Bank and had some old information. Claimed attempts had been made to spend money and start a direct debit on my credit card. Asked them to call back later, meanwhile I called the bank and checked. All lies.

Called about a motorcycle accident only 6 days ago (about which I'd only spoken to insurance company) - their info was several days old and when I asked who they were and why they were contacting me they asked why I was being rude and then hung up! - all the signs of a dodgy '3rd party claims vulture' if you ask me!!

This is an unwanted and unrequested caller who is breaking all UK regulations regarding sales calls to TPS protected numbers. The caller was called Elsie, had USA accent so number may be spoofed. Refused to confirm my I'd so caller hung up. Avoid this caller.
