I told him this call was being recorded by Merseyside police (white lie), he told me to put on my computer and tried to tell me to look for icons/apps (not sure). I asked him whose name is my computer in, he said something and I said thats wrong, I asked him what my name was, he didn't know He had said he was calling from Microsoft at Thames Valley Park, he hung up, but it seems the number is from Wakefield
