Have reported them to Action Fraud and Ofcom. They used my number and I was receiving 100+ phone calls and 100+ text messages an hour demanding why I had phoned them. Very distressing. Reply STOP worked.

Infoserve - They call up pretending to be yahoo, bing or microsoft. They waste a lot of time trying to get you to access online accounts etc. Then at the end it s just an elaborate sales pitch, and they ve deceived you the entire way. How this ever works for them I don t know. Don t be scammed!

people, sorry but you make out that Jess Scutt is some sort of criminal mastermind, when all she really is is an idiot. For example if I was going to fraud someone I wouldn t use my own bloody bank details that can be so readily traced. Simple solution people call the fraud team at Halifax (or even better David Nichloson (The CEO)), your money will be refunded then the bank chase Miss Slutt down.
