They called me saying they could handle my ppi claim (I don t have one). They spoke in an Indian accent and when I questioned who exactly they were and who I was speaking to they hung up. Some sort if blatant scam.

Sent text message to my mobile claiming to be from BT - then asked name and BT number. I refused further information on the grounds that BT already have my address and was given some unbelievable story about my mobile number having come up in some other context. Two hours later, the same message arrived on my wife s mobile. Clearly some sort of scam but I do not know what.

Had a call from this number just now. He said that he is from EE and started asking a lot of questions about my contact with EE. The sort of phone I am using, how long the contract is,...etc., I got suspicion because EE should have all those details without having to ask me especially as I am still in contract with them. Claimed I d had an un-claimed-for accident in the last two years which they "had a file on". Which is rubbish.

I had placed an ad on gumtree selling a pram . The above person txt me from ?+44 141 280 7229? and ?+44 114 359 9246? saying they wanted to buy the pram and for me to email them on [email?protected] I did then they said they had cancer and that would be sending an agent for the pram once they had paid me via PayPal. I got suspicious and then found out this is a scam

They called me on this number around 1pm. I missed the call and they didn t leave an answerphone message.

No caller ID , no message nor txt left , a fairly obvious nuisance call . After so many Police advise call screening .

I phoned this number back and it said THIS NUMBER IS UNRECOGNIZED so now I know. When I answered this number previously it was an Asian man with bad English from a lifestyle company doing surveys. I ve been a victim of fraud in the past so never do over the phone surveys especially from an Asian man with bad English. Also be careful when you phone someone afterwards as they are always still on the phone line.
