Tried ring back .. won't context says wrong number

Had numerous calls from this company asking for us by name,They are a Home Insurance brokers. We have reported them as have TPS and they are making a continious nuisance of themselves.

NEVER call and unknown caller back. You may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will add a very large charge to your bill.

I did not catch the name of the company but they reported Ihad been in an RTA and asked me to confirm. I asked them to confirm the date and they refused so I explained that I had short term memory loss and they would have to remind me when it happened. They put the phone down!!

These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. Apparently it s vanquis collections, I wouldn t mind if I had missed a payment of excess amounts but I missed £3.64! Not enough to warrant constant calls from this and other numbers that they use.
