18 Oct 2021 - Scam. They ask you to press 1 to get in contact with "an officer" on threat of NIN suspenion. I after getting called 2nd time I did press that 1, waited for about a minute, and got some dude reading out a script. He hung up when I asked why are they calling me xDReply

Woman advised she was from Virgin Media, believed to be a scam.
Rude Asian man telling me about a problem with my computer. His supervisor called me back and asked why I had been rude to his staff. I told him that he was rude by saying that he would put a block on my computer and I would have to pay to get it working again. The 3rd call was just shouting at me in a foreign language. Calls 4 and 5 were silent but I could hear the same people in the background.

I answered this call because I was expecting a call from this area code, the person on the other end sounded like a child asking for mr or mrs (not married) and then asked if my house was up for sale...
rang asking for my 98 year old mother, fortunately I answered. Said from "energy Trust" based in Hereford Talked about renewable energy,solar panelsetc.Said not interested twice and when I asked him to remove phone number from list he hung up.
Picked up at the second bell but none spoke.
Received an unsolicited call from this number that hung up when I answered!
