They are constantly phoning me about accident claims. They are rude, and get very defensive. They just will not take NO for an answer.. Please help to bring these people down and allow justice to be served, as they are clearly a scam and breaking the law.

Unkown number called just before 8am, didn t leave any message on the answerphone.

I have been spammed with calls from this company. I had 4 calls in the space of 2 hours while I was in a meeting at work. I finally picked up and told them I m not remotely interested in reviewing my pensions as they are handled through my company and to remove me from their database. They persisted in being very pushy and I hung up. 30 minutes later I received another call from the number and I blocked it.

Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.

unsolicited automated call to take part in survey. Registered not to receive any call unless emergency from bank and on TPS so not very good ad for Natwest or TPS. Natwest should take responsibility and STOP these unsolicited calls

Woman phoned me and put me straight through to colleague after saying hello not even telling me who they was. Then the new guy answered and said I had come through to him as I was looking for compensation. he then proceeded to tell me I had rejected a payout offer from my recent car accident and he was part of the team to make sure I get compensation, I fell straight into the trap and gave him a fair few details he then sent an email asking for an E signature. Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them.
