They want you to press "1" so gawd knows what that does - link you into an expensive Ling Distance call or something. Yet again repeated calls from a company offering me an energy saving solution even though I m in the TPS. Dam pests or a scaming company. Why would anybody wish to deal with a company who clearly and repeatedly flounts the UK regulations on this type of calling.
Chap with asian accent, calling from advantage at 17.55 hrs, he wanted me to confirm my name then answer questions, but then said I was under no obligation to do so (clearly), I said I would not answer any questions and said he was to not bother me again and I hung up. if this occurs again, I will not be so polite.
