Just had a call from this number... pressed 1, Woman on the other end said, Hello how can I help you? I said you have just phoned me, NO she said you have just phoned me, I said No, you have phoned me and I pressed 1. (There is no such thing!)Said £ 4000 of overpaid bank charges had been recovered for me and did I want to know how to get hold of it.
