Caller identified herself as TalkTalk. Poor line and Indian accent sounded as overseas. Asked for personal details, when I queried this she hung up.
Claims direct...... regarding recent accident .... Pointed out to them that by storing my information without my consent and cold calling me is illegal and advised they should remove all traces of me from their database and I will be reporting this company. This is the second time in a week they have called even after I requested they remove mt details on the last call. Guy got very edgy pleading with mr not to report this and apologised.

Appears to be a scam. Claimed it was the inland revenue and a warrant had been issued against me for tax fraud. Find this hard as I am a council employee on PAYE. I also live in Scotland where the tax powers are devovled

Had a cold calI from this number today. I answered the phone, could hear voices in the background. Nobody replied and the line went dead after about 30 seconds. I rang the number back and found out that it belongs to Logic Guard Insurance. I told them that I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take my number off their database. I did not answer, but a google search led me to this site, so I'm popping the info here. I have now blocked the caller in any case so job done.
