Accident claims line cold caller centre

I have had calls from this number every day for the past two weeks on my landline and mobile, I don't recognise it don't answer.

Keeps calling my deaf father & he cannot understand caller or get reason for call. Becoming a nuisance.

Recently had sales call from this number asking about double glazed windows etc, would not let me speak and was very rude when I said I was not interested, so annoyed did 1471 found out number and searched online, this number didnt take incoming calls!!

I m in Scotland. I received a call from this number while I was at work...couldn t answer. I called back several times, but the line just sounds dead...three beeps. I ve had this kind of thing before from different numbers..usually a PPI-related call. I ve probably missed out on an amazing cash flow injection into my bank account, a once-in-a-lifetime sales opportunity or a fantastic holiday to the Bahamas. But for now, I ve just saved the number as Crank Call and I advise you do the same.

Had an asian gent call me with the name Thomas.....:P :P Clearly a call routed from Asia through a call router, asking for personal information about your location and lifestyle.

These Transcom a holes obviously don t even check the numbers they ve been given before calling them. Transcom left a computerised message demanding that someone should call them. I ve never given out my number, had no dealings with Transcom, and the person they were asking for has never, to my knowledge, lived here or used this number. Defo a debt collecting company who purchase statute barred files and then make a nuisance of themselves. They even try to collect for companies that do not exist anymore!!! Beware DO NOT ANSWER their calls!!!!

Tried to tell me that I was in a bad car accident and I can get compensation for it.but I have not been in any accident at all they keep calling me so I am going to block them

Just took one of these calls. After reading from a script about a survey, they were polite enough to ask "Are you ready for the first question?". I replied "No!". They hung up :)

Hung up as soon as I answered but then the same number called my mobile seconds later. Clearly working from some list which has both my landline and mobile number linked. I can t think of any such list except NHS!

These have called me 4 times today and as is said above it is PPI
