SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. I did contact my bank and various other bodies but no success. They were no where to be found. It angers me how they have managed to rip people off and get away with it so easily. This is a company called www.ppiclaimine.com. They have a freephone number 0800 0783542 which took me an age to track down. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose). A call well away from the area I live, claiming to be dealing with energy supplies in my area, and problems with Government grants for loft insulation, but a problem has been found causing damp and mould in the loft insulation. An offer is made to check and replace the loft insulation, to then be charged for work that is simply not required.

Indian sounding male with very broken English. After the fourth time of asking I finally managed to decipher that he said he was calling from BT Openreach. When I said 'OK I understand now' there was a long pause as if he didn't know what to say next. I could hear someone in the background also saying 'This is BT Openreach'. When I asked him what he was calling about he just kept repeating 'This is BT Openreach'. I asked him if he had lost his script......and he rang off.
