I received a call from this number - merely answered it and put it down as soon as I got the recorded ppi message. It then appeared on my bill as a 28 minute phone call TO this number (during which time the bill also shows I made another call!!) costing over £11. Vodafone promised to reimburse but haven t. Grrr!!!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20813338xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre reporting as Traffic Management - usual PPI / road accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
Just started to use Google + and got an email from suspicious email saying it comes from Google + team and at the end number 08001690711 I really doubt it is Google but on the other hand I am wondering how could they know that I just started to use Google +, I think it is very suspicious

Telephone Preference Management have rung me twice today using 01863 300016 - very bad line (that's normally a Scottish Highlands code, but obviously Indian call centre). Asked if I was still getting unwanted calls, and said their system showed that my Debit Card expired in 2018. I said he was wrong, and he hung up.
