Claim to be from the Driveway Centre in Southampton about doing a brochure about their resin driveways. Wanting people to have driveway done so cold calling. We are registered with TPS so when asked why they didn’t check this he put the phone down!

I ve had numerous phone calls and letters from this company demanding money for an advertisement the say I agreed to and that our conversation had been taped. I then asked for a copy of the tape as I have no recollection of agreeing to an advert. The caller then became very aggresive. This is the fourth company this year trying the same tactics with me. All pure scams. I have no intention of paying them. I am now being harrassed by Ocean Marketing trying the same scam..has anyone heard of them?

SCAM This organisation is impersonating NCA (National Crime Agency). Scenario: Someone used my identity at the Wales border so they needed to check with me my personals details otherwise my NIN bank account etc will be freeze by them. Very similar to everyone else. Had a phone call saying that I was wanted for Tax avoidance and that they were issuing a warrant out for my arrest if I didn?t pay. Seeing as my tax is paid through PAYE I know there?s no issue with my tax. However the tone in which the call is made is quite aggressive if someone is not used to this kind of con. Promptly put phone down.

Fast talking wanted my free available B&B rooms to sell, does not allow you to talk just wants her questions answered, when she asked a private information question I started to say "No I cannot tell you that" well I got to the No and she said oke tnx and slammed the phone down on me(How rude). And then they wander why next time I get a sales person on the phone I will slam it down!! This way they will destroy telesales jobs.
