Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. "Rico" or "Ricoh" travel, nothing to do with the respectable company, claiming I d won a ?50 M&S Voucher and a holiday for a survey I responded to earlier in the year. There was no survey, I don t fill them in ... usual telesales lies to get a foot in the door. They didn t even really know who they were expecting to talk to. No company seems to use this number, so FAKE.

Financial Justice.... every time they ring me to pester about PPI I block their number, only for them to ring some days later on another one (always with the same code though). The first woman told me my details had come up on her computer as being owed PPI, then asked me several questions about whether I’d taken mortgages, loans etc, I told her that if she had my details she would know all that. We went round in circles for several minutes... The postcode she had was for an address I moved from 9 years ago

These type of companies work from a dialling system where numbers are selected at random. They say they are calling about a recent accident on the off chance that the 1 in a million (slightly exaggerated) people they call say they have been in one. I like to have fun with these people and keep them on the phone asking lots of questions thinking they have secured me.......but if they get me on a bad day then they get a lot of abuse. Weird. When I answered, a recorded message said that the caller is unable to take your call. I don t know if it is genuine or a scam but I have never had this happen before.
